The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of components for central heating, domestic hot water, water heating and domestic appliances in Spain and internationally. With headquarters located in Ordizia, Spain, the company was incorporated in March 1982. The company operates through three business units: Heating and plumbing - control and regulation systems for air and water temperatures in heating and plumbing installations; Thermoelectric safety - ignition and flame control, gas regulation and safety systems for manufacturers in the domestic appliance sector; and Water heating - water and gas regulation systems for manufacturers of water heating appliances in the home and water heaters and boilers in the domestic appliance sector. The company has manufacturing plants in China and Brazil, and a network of offices and agents on five continents.
